The Label Component for Adobe™ Flex™ allows you to add fine grained sophisticated control to your Flex application. Similar to labels in professional applications like Adobe™ Photoshop CS3 the Label Component provides a slider that increments or decrements the values in the associated component through standard mouse drag movement. It also adds support to increment or decrement the values in the associated component via keypress. In addition it adds support to increment or decrement the values in the associated component via mouse wheel. These features can all be enabled or disabled. Even if you do not use these features you can use on the Label Component in place of a traditional Label to set focus to a Labels associated component. This behavior is similar to a label element in HTML. Among other benefits the Label Component makes your application more professional to your clients and more user friendly to your users.
